Section O-2 comprises the Counties of Allegheny, Greene, and Washington in the Commonwealth of PA and the Counties of Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshal, Monongalia, Ohio, and Wetzel in the State of West Virginia. It is currently merged with Section O-3 which comprised of the Counties of Cambria, Fayette, Indiana, Somerset, and Westmoreland in Pennsylvania.
